Pokemon Go Hacks, Cheats

What are they? Why do people want them? Have you ever used them before, if so how did it affect your game play? If you don’t like Pokemon Go, write about what you would like to see in the game instead.

Some may call these “cheats” or “hacks”, but for all intents and purposes, the only thing that changes how you play is your location. If you’re out of range of a Pokestop, then certain items won’t drop — or if it’s an egg-hatching spot, nothing will hatch.

Pokemon fan hacks

are a way of getting around this. By spoofing your location, you can make the game think you’re in a place where there are Pokestops and gyms when you’re not. This can be done with an app or a computer, and it’s something that a lot of people are using to get ahead in the game.

There are a few reasons why people might want to do this. Maybe they live in an area with no Pokestops, or maybe they’re trying to hatch eggs and the nearest incubator is far away. Whatever the reason, spoofing your location can help you get the items and Pokemon that you want. Some people see this as cheating (I mean, technically it is), but there are others who see it as a way to make the game more enjoyable for themselves. Just because you can do something in-game doesn’t mean that it’s right or should be encouraged; people use third party clients in games like World of Warcraft, Call of Duty, and other competitive multiplayer games all the time. Using something like PokeGo++ (the best one, in my opinion) isn’t any worse than using a wall-hack in Counter-Strike: it’s something that you can do to make the game better for yourself. People are using these because they want to get ahead or catch certain Pokemon. For example, if you live in an area where there are no grass-type Pokemon, spoofing your location to a place where there are a lot of them can help you get the ones you want.

Whether or not using these hacks is cheating is up for debate, but one thing is for sure: they’re definitely against the terms of service. Niantic, the developers of Pokemon Go, have said that they will ban people who are caught using them. So far, they haven’t actually done this, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re thinking about using them.

How to find and download pokemon hacks

The only thing you really need to download a Pokemon Go hack is an Android emulator. If you visit the /r/PokemonGoSpoofing subreddit, there are a few listed that people have found success with. I’ve used Nox App Player before and had decent results with it; there are other emulators out there as well, but I haven’t tried them so I can’t speak to how well they work.

Once you have the emulator set up, all you need to do is find a Pokemon Go hack that you want to use and download it. There are a lot of them out there, but not all of them are created equal. Some hacks are more stable than others, and some have features that others don’t. As long as you find one that works for you, it really doesn’t matter what the other features are.

There is an argument amongst players whether or not spoofing your location and using hacks such as PokeGo++ is actually considered cheating. Most of these cheats simply give users access to Pokestops and gyms that they would not have otherwise had. It can be helpful for people in areas without many Pokestops, or for hatching eggs more quickly.
